Steve has three decades of C-level management and marketing experience in diverse industries including financial, franchise, and service-driven entities. Before co-founding Wood Snodgrass, he was a co-managing principal for the executive search practice within a large regional human resources consulting firm.
Brian has over 15 years of product development and management experience from the IT, higher education and telecommunication markets. He oversees the new True Advantage division, which extends services beyond retained executive search to give clients alternative solutions for acquiring talent.
An executive search veteran, Bill has a proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships over the past 35+ years. He and Steve Snodgrass co-founded Wood Snodgrass in 2001. Bill continues to provide counsel to clients in an advisory capacity.
